PlanGent is in private beta. Request access; we send an invite code with free credits. Sign up with the code, then sign in with email or Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn.

Start a new project, attach the BOQs, the layout plan, the drawings and the contract, and say in a line what the project is. PlanGent reads everything, sums up the scope, asks how you want it shaped, then builds the baseline.

Reading and questions take a few minutes of your time. Building, scheduling and the DCMA check take seconds once the decisions are made.

BOQs in Excel, the villa or plot list, layout plans, drawings and the contract or project rules. Files go straight from your browser to private storage. The size per file depends on your plan: 5 MB on Free, 50 MB on Basic, 250 MB on Pro, 1 GB on Premium. PDFs, images and Excel are read today; CAD and BIM formats are being added.

Yes. Tell PlanGent what to change in the chat (a date, a split, the soft logic) and ask it to rebuild. Each build is a new revision.

It is built to pass the DCMA 14-point assessment, but AI can make mistakes. Open it in your own P6, review it, and submit only what you have checked.

The work PlanGent does: reading, mapping, building and checking. A full housing baseline uses about 300 credits; a short question uses a few.
