Bills of quantities, drawings and contracts are commercially sensitive. Here is how PlanGent protects them.
Private storage, per account
Uploaded files sit in a private storage bucket under your own account folder. Every database table enforces row-level security, so a record can only be read by its owner.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic uses HTTPS. Files and the database are encrypted at rest by our storage provider in the EU (Frankfurt).
Short-lived downloads
Outputs are delivered through signed links that expire within minutes, and uploads use one-time upload tokens.
Least access
Server keys never reach the browser. The scheduling engine accepts requests only from PlanGent with a shared secret.
No training on your documents
The AI provider does not train on data sent through its commercial API. Pattern learning is optional and keeps no files, names, prices or quantities.
