About PlanGent

Planners should orchestrate the work, not type it.

PlanGent started inside a planning office. Baselines for large villa programs took weeks of mapping BOQ lines, building logic and fixing DCMA findings. PlanGent turns that method into an agent, so the planner can spend the time on the decisions that matter.

What we believe

01

The planner leads

Sequencing, soft logic and the decisions a contract leaves open belong to the planner. PlanGent asks, recommends with reasons, and builds what was decided.

02

Every number has a basis

No fixed ratios. Quantities are split from the drawings, and when the drawings cannot settle it, PlanGent asks. The basis is written down so a reviewer can follow it.

03

Built to pass review

A baseline is only useful once it is approved. PlanGent builds to the DCMA 14-point standard and the task owner’s expectations from the first draft.

04

Your files stay yours

Project documents are private to your account. PlanGent learns from anonymized patterns only, and only if you allow it.

Where we are

PlanGent is in private beta with planners working on housing and villa projects. Each release is tested on real project packages before it reaches users. Follow the progress in the changelog, or talk to us.
