Usage Policy
Effective 13 October 2026
In short
- Use PlanGent for real planning work, lawfully, with files you are allowed to share.
- Do not attack, overload, copy or get around PlanGent, and do not try to reach other users’ data.
- Do not present an output as checked by a professional when no one has checked it.
This policy applies to everyone who uses PlanGent and is part of our Terms of Service. It keeps the Service safe, fair and reliable for every planner who depends on it.

- Do not upload malware or files built to exploit the software that reads them.
- Do not overload the Service, scrape it, or use automated access except through features we provide for it.
- Found a vulnerability? Report it under our Responsible Disclosure policy instead of testing it on live data.
4. Use outputs honestly
- Review outputs before you rely on them. Do not present an unchecked output as reviewed by a qualified planner or engineer.
- Do not use PlanGent to extract its prompts, activity libraries or method in order to build a competing product.
- Do not resell access to PlanGent or share one account between several people.
5. Enforcement
If we find a breach, we may warn you, limit features, suspend or close the account, and where the law requires, report it. We will act in proportion to the breach and, where we can, explain why.
6. Report misuse
Write to security@plangentai.com with what you saw. We look at every report.
