Precast, infrastructure and a smarter first conversation
- Precast villas: fabrication and erection activities, with the split set by you, not by a default.
- Infrastructure BOQs: utilities, roads and testing scheduled per zone and linked to the villas they serve.
- PlanGent now reads everything first, sums up the scope, then asks how you want the project shaped, with a recommended option for each choice.
